the short version: we collect only what we need to run the app. we do not sell your data. we do not train AI models on your content. you can delete everything at any time.
1. who we are
Leric is an AI-powered social media content platform operated by Innveur, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). our app helps creators generate, schedule, and publish content across social platforms with the help of Luna, our AI companion.
we collect only what is necessary to provide the service:
account information — your email address and, if you use Google sign-in, your Google profile name and photo.
social platform tokens — OAuth access tokens for the platforms you connect (Facebook, Instagram, and others). these tokens are stored encrypted and used only to post on your behalf.
content you create — captions, drafts, media uploads, campaign settings, and posting history you generate inside the app.
Luna profile data — your content style preferences, posting patterns, goals, and feedback you give Luna so she can improve over time.
usage data — feature interactions, error logs, and performance metrics used to improve the app. we do not sell this data.
billing information — subscription status and plan tier. payment details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
3. how we use your data
to operate the app and deliver the features you use.
to power Luna's AI responses — your content context is sent to Google Gemini to generate suggestions. we do not use it to train models.
to publish posts to the social platforms you have connected.
to send transactional emails (receipts, magic links, security alerts).
to detect and fix bugs, and to understand which features are used.
4. AI and your content
Luna uses Google Gemini (via Firebase AI Logic) to generate content suggestions. your prompts and content context are sent to Google's servers to produce responses. Google's use of this data is governed by the Firebase Privacy Policy.
we do not use your content to train our own AI models, and we do not share your content with any third party for training purposes.
5. third parties
Google / Firebase — authentication, database, cloud functions, and AI inference. Google Privacy Policy.
Social platforms — when you connect a platform (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and authorize Leric, that platform's privacy policy also applies to the data they share with us via OAuth.
we do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.
6. data retention
we retain your data for as long as your account is active. if you delete your account, we delete your profile, connected platform tokens, Luna profile, and post history within 30 days. anonymized aggregate usage statistics may be retained longer.
7. your rights
access — you can export all your data from Settings → Export Data at any time.
deletion — you can delete your account from Settings → Delete Account. this permanently removes your data.
disconnect — you can revoke access to any connected social platform at any time from Settings → Connected Accounts.
correction — contact us to correct inaccurate personal information.
if you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have rights under GDPR including the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
8. children
Leric is not intended for users under 13. we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. if you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. security
we use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for sensitive tokens, and access controls. no system is perfectly secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
10. changes to this policy
we may update this policy from time to time. we will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
